Surveyor Debriefing Sessions

MAERB will be holding two debriefing sessions for MAERB Site Surveyors at the end of spring 2026. The content shared in the two sessions will be the same, even though the conversation will vary according to the participants.

The debriefing sessions are designed for Site Surveyors who would like to share their thoughts on their experience on recent site visits, what resources MAERB might be able to develop to respond to any concerns, and to share thoughts about the overall process.  In addition, we will be covering some of the technicalities of the site visits.  These webinars will NOT be recorded, as the goal is to have exploratory conversation.

Virtual Self-Study Workshop
Thursday & Friday, March 26 – 27, 2026, 12:00 – 4:00 pm EASTERN
Register Here:  https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ZYB2JX3

The Self-Study Workshop is an in-depth educational seminar focused on helping programs prepare for the comprehensive site survey. This Self-Study workshop will be based on the 2022 Standards and Guidelines, and it is designed for Program Directors or other institutional representatives who have a site visit in 2025 and beyond. We are frequently asked if it is beneficial to attend a second Self-Study workshop. The workshops do not vary much from year to year, so you will need to consider the best use of your time. If you attended the workshop at the AAMA conference in Grand Rapids, MI, the substance of the workshop will be the same.

The workshop will focus on the MAERB resources to help you prepare for the Self-Study, walk you through the Self-Study template, discuss how to best ensure if you are effectively implementing the MAERB Core Curriculum, and provide an overview of how to prepare for the site visit. This program is led by experienced surveyors and MAERB staff, who can share their expertise in and knowledge of the Standards and the survey process.

FEE: There is a $200.00 workshop fee, and you will receive an invoice that confirms your registration two weeks after you register for the event.

ARF Tracking Tool Webinar
April 21, 2026 3:00 pm – 4:15 pm EASTERN
Register at this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/_y1EQxUYQjKkgquixafIGA

All Program Directors are required to annually submit their fully updated ARF Tracking Tool that substantiates the aggregated data that they are reporting on their current ARF. This webinar is designed to help Program Directors to learn effective ways to use the ARF Tracking Tool. Attendance is optional; however, for those who have never attended an ARF Tracking Tool training, it is encouraged. This webinar is designed to help you to prepare for the upcoming ARF submissions for the 2025 admission and graduate cohorts to be submitted in the fall of 2026 and spring of 2027.

There is currently a video of a webinar that took place in September 2025 posted on the MAERB’s website (www.maerb.org) under the Resources tab on the page ARF Information. The April 2026 webinar will be recorded and posted on the website, replacing the September 2025 video.
